紫外线导致皮肤损伤的临床研究

Clinical Study of Ultraviolet Rays Cause Skin Damage

目的结合临床实践经验,开展紫外线导致的皮肤损伤临床研究。方法采用回顾性研究,选取东莞市石龙人民医院收治的紫外线导致皮肤损伤患者31例为研究对象,采用总结回顾分析法,将研究对象的病例资料、临床治疗资料等搜集整理,并与经治医师、责任护士共同探讨病例,探讨紫外线对皮肤的损伤类型及相关机制。结果紫外线所致皮肤损伤有皮肤红斑、皮肤光老化、皮肤色素沉着、皮肤光毒性反应、皮肤光敏反应皮肤肿瘤。结论在了解紫外线导致皮肤损伤知识的基础上,选择合适的保养方式,尽量使皮肤避免受到伤害。

Objective Carry out UV skin damage caused by clinical research with clinical practice experience.Methods A retrospective study of UV-selected in Shilong People′s Hospital 31 patients with skin lesions as the research object,the use of summary review analysis,the study of the clinical data,clinical data and other collected and reviewed,and with the treating physician,the responsibility nurses to discuss cases,the damage of UV on the skin type and the related mechanisms.Results UV-induced skin damage ： skin erythema,skin photoaging,skin pigmentation,skin phototoxicity reactions,skin photosensitivity of skin tumors.Conclusion Select the appropriate maintenance of way on the basis of the understanding of ultraviolet radiation causes skin damage knowledge,and try to avoid skin damage.
