超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统切除乳腺肿块693例应用体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统切除乳腺肿块的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析中山大学附属中山医院2010年3月至2011年1月在超声引导下切除乳腺肿块693例病例资料。结果术后病理学诊断为乳腺浸润癌15例,乳腺导管内癌11例,不典型增生13例,导管内乳头状瘤21例。其余636例中为良性乳腺纤维腺瘤506例,乳腺纤维腺病127例。诊断浸润癌者及导管内癌共26例接受开放性手术及术后相关辅助治疗,所有病理组织学良性病灶术后3~6个月接受B超随访,术后除5例出现局部血肿,无严重并发症。结论应用超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统切除乳腺肿块,可提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率,具有定位准确、创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、切口美观等优点,值得推广应用。
