抑癌基因p16,p21及p53在鼻咽癌的表达

The expression of suppressor gene p16,p21 and p53 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的：观察抑癌基因 ｐ１６，ｐ２１ 及 ｐ５３ 在鼻咽癌（ Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ）的表达，探讨其与 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ的发生发展及预后的关系。方法：用免疫组化 Ｓ Ｐ法检测了 １１６ 例 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ 组织和 １５ 例无瘤鼻咽（ Ｎ Ｐ）组织的 ｐ１６，ｐ２１ 及 ｐ５３ 基因的表达情况。结果：① Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ 组中 ｐ１６，ｐ２１，ｐ５３ 阳性率分别为６４．７％ ，４５．７％ 和９０．５％ ；与 Ｎ Ｐ组比较，差异均有统计学意义（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。②ｐ１６ 在 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ非角化型阳性率为７０．６％ ，未分化型阳性率为４４．８％ ，两者有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。③ｐ２１ 与 ｐ１６，ｐ５３ 阳性表达之间有相关性。结论：ｐ１６，ｐ２１ 的低表达与 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ 的发生密切相关，ｐ１６ 异常表达与细胞分化程度有一定关系，ｐ１６ 与 ｐ２１ 在 Ｎ Ｐ Ｃ的发生发展中存在协同作用；ｐ２１ 可能不是通过野生型 ｐ５３

Objective:To evaluate the roles of p16,p21 and p53 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Method:The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of p16,p21 and p53 protein in 116 cases of NPC and 15 cases of non tumour nasopharyngeal tissue.Result:①The positive expression rates of p16,p21 and p53 protein were 64.7 %, 45.7 % and 90.5 % in NPC respectively.There were significant differences between NPC and non tumour group (P< 0.05 ).②The expressive rate of p16 protein was 70.6 % in non keratinizing type, 44.8 % in undifferentiated type (P< 0.05 ).③The positive expression of p21 was correlated with the expression of p16 and p53.Conclusion:Low expressions of p16 and p21 protein may play an important role in carcinogensis of NPC,and that of p16 has some relation to cell differentiation of NPC.p16 protein may cooperate with p21 protein in development of NPC.p21 protein is probably not produced by stimulating wild type p53 protein.
