补肾散结方联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Bushen Sanjie Decoction combined with chemotherapy of GP regimen in treating patients with advanced non-samll cell lung cancer

目的:观察补肾散结方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:48例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组(25例)给予补肾散结方联合GP方案化疗,对照组(23例)给予GP方案化疗。治疗2个周期进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为16%、13%,两组差异无统计学意义。治疗后,治疗组在KPS评分、体质量、细胞免疫功能及化疗毒副作用方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾散结方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可以改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的细胞免疫功能,减轻化疗的毒副作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen Sanjie（BSSJ） Decoction in association with chemotherapy in curing patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：Forty-eight patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly assigned to two groups.The 23 patients in the control group were only treated with chemotherapy of GP regimen and 25 patients in the treatment group treated with the same chemotherapy and BSSJ Decoction.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after two cycles of chemotherapy.Results：The effective rate was 16%,13% in the treatment group and the control group respectively,but there was no significant difference between them.After treatment,the KPS score,weight,cellular immune function and chemotherapy toxicity in the treatment group had statistical significance compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：BSSJ combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced NSSCL can improve their quality of life,enhance their cell-mediated immune function and relive side and toxic effects caused by chemotherapy.
