摘要
城市生活垃圾的处理已成为制约我国城市化建设和城市可持续发展的一个重要因素.本文在分析目前我国城市生活垃圾处理现状、缺失及原因的基础上,提出了近期计划和长远规划相结合的对策;并对对策中的关键问题给出了建议.
The domestic refuses have been an important factor to restrict accelerating the progress of urbanization and a sustainable development in China.Based on the analysis of the actuality,deficiency and their reasons for treating domestic refuses in China,a strategy and some proposals have been put forward in this paper.
