中医药治疗尿酸性肾病辨证及用药分析

Analysis on Common Used Syndromes and Herbs on Clinical Therapy of Uric Acid Nephropathy

目的:分析近年来临床治疗尿酸性肾病的常见证型和常用中药。方法:回顾分析1994—2008年间中医或中西医治疗尿酸性肾病的国内期刊文献的辨证和用药情况。结果:18篇文献纳入辨证研究,54篇文献纳入用药分析。根据分析,证型以虚证和虚实夹杂证为主,或夹湿夹瘀;临床用药以补虚药、利水渗湿药、活血化瘀药、祛风湿药、清热药最常用。结论:尿酸性肾病以虚证和虚实夹杂证为主,具有夹湿夹瘀的特点。

Objective：To analysis common used syndromes and herbs on clinical therapy of uric acid nephropathy in recent years.Methods：Retrospective analysis was used to observe syndromes and herbs in domestic medical journals between 1994 to 2008.Results：18 articles were included in the syndromes analysis and 54 articles were were included in herbs analysis,The analytical results showed that the most common appeared syndromes were asthenic syndrome,mixture of asthenia and sthenia,or with dampness,with stasis.Conclusion：Uric acid nephropathy were mainly asthenic syndrome,mixture of asthenia and sthenia,had features with dampness,with blood stasis.Deficiency nourishing,inducing diuresis and excreting dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,medicine for rhenmatism,clearingheatherbs commonly used.
