林毅教授“分期辨证”治疗可手术乳腺癌经验

Professor LIN Yi's Experience of Treating Operable Breast Cancer Based on Syndrome Differentiation and Different Time Periods

林毅教授是国内著名的中医乳腺病专家,在运用中医药抑制乳腺癌复发以及改善患者生活质量等方面积累了丰富的经验。林毅教授认为由于可手术乳腺癌要经历手术、化疗、放疗以及巩固期治疗不同阶段,而每个阶段的中医病机变化、治疗目的均不同,因此主张可手术乳腺癌应进行"分期辨证"治疗,即分为围手术期、围化疗期、围放疗期及巩固期4个期进行辨证治疗。同时林毅教授还主张在运用药物治疗的基础上要注重生活调护,增强患者治疗的耐受力,改善患者生存质量,同时提高治疗效果。

Professor LIN Yi is a famous traditional Chinese medical expert of breast disease,has accumulated rich experience on inhibiting recurrence and improving the quality of life in patients with.Breast cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.Professor LIN Yi considers that operable Breast Cancer should be treated based on syndrome differentiation and different time periods because the treatment of operable breast cancer needs to undergo different periods such as surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,consolidation therapy,and the therapeutic purposes and the changes of Chinese medical pathogenesis are different in each period.Therefore Professor LIN Yi recommends the procedure of operable breast cancer should be divided into the perioperative period,the peri-chemotherapy period,peri-radiotherapy period and intensification therapy period.Excepted for the use of drug therapy,professor LIN Yi also emphasizes the importance of nursing on enhancing the therapeutic tolerance,improving the quality of life,and increasing the therapeutic effect.
