中老年尖锐湿疣合并2型糖尿病患者治疗分析

Analysis of Treating the Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Condyloma and Type 2 Diabetes

目的:了解2型糖尿病(DM)的中老年尖锐湿疣(CA)患者治疗后复发率情况。方法:31例合并DM的CA患者与53例未合并DM的CA患者均用相同方案予微波配合药物治疗,其中合并DM的CA患者,用药控制血糖至正常值范围内,两组患者治疗后0.5、1、2、4、6个月各复查1次,评价复发率。结果:治疗后随访6个月,合并DM组有29例复发,复发率93.55%,无合并糖尿病组有40例复发,复发率75.47%。结论:合并DM的CA患者治疗后复发率明显高于无合并DM组。对这类患者需严格控制血糖,接诊时要仔细询问病史。

Objective：To find out the post-treatment relapse rate of the middle-aged and elderly type 2 Diabetes patients with Condyloma.Methods：The same treatments（microwave with drug treatment）were used upon 31 cases of condyloma patients with type 2 diabetes and 53 cases of condyloma patients without type 2 diabetes.The blood sugar of the condyloma patients with type 2 diabetes was controlled within the normal value range by applying drugs.The reviews were taken half a month,one month,2,4 and 6 months after the treatment and the relapse rate was evaluated.Results：There are 29 cases of relapse patients in the group with type 2 diabetes with the relapse rate of 93.55% and 40 cases of relapse with the relapse rate of 75.47% in the group without the type 2 diabetes.Conclusion：The post-treatment relapse rate of condyloma patients with type 2 diabetes is markedly higher than that of the patients without type 2 diabetes.The blood sugar of this kind of patients should be strictly controlled and the medical history should be carefully asked at admissions.
