摘要
目的:减少医药企业库存成本过高的现状,为企业物流链的进一步发展创造良好的环境。方法:分析医药企业库存现状、产生的原因,以及生产企业、销售企业、医院、药房的库存影响因素,并通过ABC库存管理法、整体供应链管理理念以及电子商务模式等方法,最终提出对策。结论:将医药生产企业、销售企业及医院三方进行一体化的纵向协调,在降低了各自的库存成本的同时也保证了整个医药物流体系的长期、稳定、快速的发展,减少了药品过期、压货、缺货等现象的发生。
Objective:In order to eliminate the increasing stock cost of pharmaceutical company,provide a better developing environment of logistics chain.Methods:First analysis the stock status,root cause and the effective factors on manufacture,retail and pharmacy stock.Then make a solution by method of ABC stock management,philosophy of overall supply chain management,as well as E-commerce model.Conclusion:Overall management and coordination on pharmaceutical manufacturer,retailer andhospital or pharmacy will not only reduce the individual stock cost,but also guarantee the long-lasting,stable and fast development on the pharmaceutical logistics system,which shall eliminate the problems of medicine expire,backlog and out of stock fromhappening.
