摘要 脾脏是机体最大的外周免疫器官,白髓作为脾脏内淋巴细胞的聚集地,其结构的完整性包括T/B淋巴细胞区室化、清晰的边缘区、完整的滤泡树突状细胞网络及生发中心等特征,是机体对外来病原微生物作出快速且有效免疫应答的物质基础,深入探讨维持脾脏白髓结构完整性的分子机制将为相关疾病的防治提供理论支持。 Spleen is the biggest peripheral immune organ. As the place where mature lymphocytes aggregated, the integrate architecture of splenic white pulp is the structural foundation for prompt and effective response Of immune system. It includes distinct T/B segregation and marginal zone, existence of follicular dendritic cells network and germinal centers. Continuing researches on the mechanisms involved in the mainte- nance of the architecture in splenic white pulp will provide rationale for the prevention and treatment of the rela- ting diseases.
