低碳时代学术与政治的关系内涵及学术研究走向

The Connotation of Relationship between Academic and Politics and the Tendency of Research in a "Low-cabon" Era

自二战期间到冷战结束,科技(学术)与政治之间始终存在着一种互动关系。在冷战结束之后,我们逐渐进入了一个所谓的低碳时代,"低碳"自身所带有的浓厚国际政治和经济色彩,为当下及未来科技(学术)赋予了新的政治内涵。围绕低碳理念,确立相关优先主题,变革研究范式和研究合作方式,推动学术组织的变迁,是我们迎接低碳时代的挑战、维护国家政治和经济安全、确立未来国际竞争优势无可避免的选择。

Since the second world war to the end of the cold war,an interactive relationship always existed between science technology（ST） and politics.After the end of the cold war,we gradually entered a so-called ＂low-cabon＂ era,with the strong international political and economic colour,＂low-carbon＂ is endowing current and future ST with some new political connotation.Around low-carbon idea,to establish some preferential topics,change the research paradigm and the ways of cooperation,and promote the transformation of academic organization,is an inevitable choice for us to meet challenge of the low-carbon era,safeguard national political and economic security,and establish the international competitive advantage in the future.
