摘要
对492名大学教师的组织沟通满意水平、影响因素及其与工作满意度之间的关系进行研究,结果显示:大学教师组织沟通的重要性期望值显著高于实际满意值。不同性别、不同受教育程度教师的组织沟通满意度不存在显著差异,而年龄、工龄、月薪和职称不同的教师组织沟通满意度之间存在显著差异;工龄与教师组织沟通满意度间的关系最显著,其次是年龄,其他特征变量之间均无显著相关。教师组织沟通满意度及各因子均与工作满意度呈显著正相关。
A total of 492 university faculty members participated the survey.They were required to evaluate their feelings of these items according to their experiences during the past year.Findings indicated that,there were significant differences between organizational communication pre-expectations and its real satisfactions among faculty members,namely the former were distinctly higher the latter.Neither gender nor educational degree was markedly correlative with faculties' OCS(organizational communication satisfaction),while age,length of service,monthly salary and professional title were strongly interrelated with the satisfactions.Length of service was the most important influencing factor to faculties' OCS.Age took the second place.The rest of characteristic variables had no significant influence to faculties' OCS.There were significant positive correlations among all aspects of the organizational communication satisfactions and the job satisfactions.
