摘要
针对当前我国航天型号质量信息管理存在的缺乏参考体系、与产品结构关联性差、全生命周期可追溯能力不足的问题,在分析质量信息特征的基础上,提出建立以质量特征要素为核心,以产品结构为载体,以生命周期阶段演化所形成的视图模型为应用模式的基于特征的航天型号质量信息模型,并详细阐述了模型的定义和模型构建的详细步骤。该模型将质量要素与产品生命周期各个阶段的相关信息有序捆绑,能够支撑质量追溯、质量归零、质量问题举一反三等应用。
For satisfying the actual requirements of aerospace quality information management,such as lacking reference standard,poor association with product structure and insufficient tracing ability through the whole life cycle,a feature-based product quality information model is proposed based on the analysis of product quality information characteristic.The model is composed by fusing the quality feature model and product structure model,and is evolved through the whole lifecycle to generate view model to support quality management applications.Then,the model definition and establishing method is discussed in detail.The model has the ability to associate quality features with related product information,and can be used to establish a unified quality management platform for quality problem solving.
