摘要
对工业包缝机中的差动送布机构进行杆组分析,采用杆长逼近法对机构中的2P-R三级杆组进行运动学建模,利用弦截法对其进行求解。在此基础上,结合II级杆组的分析方法,编写了整个差动送布机构的运动学分析计算机程序。获得了送布机构牙架中心点的轨迹曲线,以及执行构件的运动曲线图。根据送布牙轨迹的变化规律,提出了改善差动送布轨迹性能的一些措施。
The differential feed mechanism of an industrial overlock machine is a complicated multiple-bar linkage.The kinematics modeling of 2P-R linkage are built by the method of successive approximation of link length,the mechanism is analyzed by the secant method.On the basis of the kinematics analysis,computer aided analysis for the whole differential feed mechanism is programmed.The locus curves of the center point of the feed-dog and the kinematics curves of the execution component are obtained.According to different feed-dog paths,the measures for performance improvement of the differential feed-dog mechanism are proposed.
