阴极表面微观高点对电化学光整加工整平影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 依据法拉第电解定律,建立了小间隙条件下的阴极表面微观几何轮廓高点复制效应的数学模型,并对相应的实验数据进行了分析。研究结果表明,经电化学光整加工后所获得的阳极表面微观几何轮廓是阳极表面自身微观几何轮廓与阴极表面微观几何轮廓共同作用复合的结果;同时,阳极与阴极之间的相对运动有助于利用阴极表面微观几何轮廓的高点提高整平质量。 A mathematical model of the copy effect of carhodic surface micro-topography was presented in the electrochemical finishing process according to Faraday′s law and the experimental data was analyzed.The result shows that the obtained anodic surface micro-topography is a composite micro-topography which is related to the anodic and cathodic micro-topography,and that the existenence of relative motion between the electrodes is helpful for improving the finishing effect.
