摘要
本文在详细调研厦门海洋学院教师任课安排、课时补贴计算的基础上形成,对任课教师安排中存在的新教师上新课与老教师上老课、部分教师闲置与教师总量不足、课酬分配不合理等矛盾问题进行分析,提出了将课程质量纳入课时补贴计算指标、闲置教师与行政人员换岗、激发教师的内感报酬等相应的对策及建议。
After investigating and surveying the arrangement of teachers in curriculum and calculating the teaching allowance of Xiamen Ocean College,the author writes this thesis.It analyses the following questions,new teachers teach new courses while other teachers teach old courses;some teachers have no teaching task but the total teacher quantity is not enough;and then the distribution of teaching allowance is unreasonable,etc.The countermeasures which the author gives includes bringing course quality into teaching allowance calculative standard,shifting teachers without teaching tasks to administration staff and arousing internal reward of teachers,etc.
