初探学业不良中职生的转化

Research to the Transformation of Students of Learning Disabilities in Secondary Vocational Schools

近年来,中职学校所招学生质量下降,加上学校教育教学也存在诸多题,学业不良学生的群体不断扩大。加强学业不良学生的转化工作是完成中职学校培养目标的重要环节。笔者所在学校通过对学业不良学生的调查和观察,建立转化机构、跟踪转化制度,创建利于转化的校园环境,加强教育教学管理,结合家庭教育等方面,就学业不良学生的转化做了一些尝试。

In recent years,the quality of enrollment students of secondary vocational schools is declining. Besides,There are many problems in management and teaching in these schools,the number of underachiever is continuously enlarging. Enhancing the transformation of underachiever becomes the key point for schools to complete the training goals. The author＇s school makes some attemption in certaina methods.They research and observe those students,establish transformation organization,track the transformation system,creat an environment which is good for tranformation. Combining family education,they also enhance the management of teaching.
