在多年的教学过程中,经常会遇到这样的情况,成绩好的,充满信心,越学成绩就越好;成绩差的,自信心不足,越不学成绩就越差。由此可以看出,自信心很重要。因此,差生转化的关键是培养他们的自信心。如何培养自信心呢?根据多年的经验,总结有以下几个方面。

in the years of teaching process,teachers are often often encounter such circumstance,the students who studies good are usually full of confidence while those students study poor are usually lacking of confidence,and confidence makes students do better in their study while the less confidence the student have,the poorer learning achievement he got,from this we can see that,confidence plays an very important role in students＇ study. Therefore,the key point to transform those study poor students is to improve their confidence,and this paper mainly discusses how to train students＇ confidence bases on the author＇s teaching experience of years.
