顶岗实习贯彻落实教育相关文件精神需要,是利用企业职业环境培养人才的有效途径。文章通过对实习问题的分析,提出相应对策,并总结出"构建三个体系,形成两种机制"的管理思路。

The post programme not only implys the spiritual needs of relevant education documents,but also is the effective way of cultivating talents in business professional environment. This thesis based on the analysis of the problems in post practice,put forward some countermeasures,and summarizes the ＂constructing three system and forming two mechanisms＂ management idea.
