摘要
教师作为一种极其耗费心智的特殊行业,其职业倦怠有着与其他行业不同的特征,根据笔者长期在农村义务教育阶段从事教育行政管理工作进行的调查研究,在农村中小学教师中,有逾40%的群体不同程度存在职业倦怠现象。因此,分析、研究职业倦怠,积极寻找对策,对于基础教育事业有着十分重要的意义和价值。
The teacher as a very special mind-consuming industries,the occupational burnout has different characteristics from other industries,according to the author's investigation and study of engageing in education administrative management of rural compulsory education phase,there are groups of more than 40% of the burnout phenomenon exists in varying degrees in rural primary and secondary teachers. Therefore,analysis,research burnout and actively looking for strategies for basic education has a very important meaning and value.
