师德师风建设是保证教育事业健康发展的基石,师德师风建设要适应教师成长规律,体现教师劳动特点,有利于教师的全面发展。文章试从师德内涵及养成,分析师德师风建设之对策。

Construction of teachers＇professional ethics is the cornerstone of education career which ensure its healthy development,and the construction of teachers＇professional ethics must adapt to the teacher growth pattern,reflect teachers＇ labor characteristics,be helpful for teachers＇ development in an all-round way. This article tries to analyze the countermeasures of construction of teachers＇professional ethics from aspects of its connotation and cultivation.
