摘要 农村中小学教师在教育教学中生存状态令人担忧,这也使得他们在专业化发展中遇到种种障碍。教师的生存状态直接影响到教育教学的质量和教师的个人专业化发展。只有社会真正着力改善农村中小学教师的生存状态,才能保证农村教育教学质量的提升。只有切实关注农村中小学教师工作和生活中的精神需求,改善他们的工作和生活窘境,才能实现他们在专业化道路上的提升。 The countryside elementary and middle schools teachers survive the condition alarmingly in the education teaching,this also causes them to meet all sorts of barriers in the specialized development.Teacher's survival condition affects directly the education teaching quality and teacher's individual specialized development.Only then the society exerts oneself truly improves the countryside elementary and middle schools teacher's survival condition,can guarantee the rural education quality of teaching the promotion.Only then pays attention to in the countryside elementary and middle schools teacher work and the life energetic demand practically,improves their work and the life predicament,can realize them on the specialized path promotion.
