随着国际、国内环境的变化,社会主义市场经济的发展和我国大学逐年的扩招政策施行,我国高等教育事业得到快速发展。高校辅导员作为学生管理工作的主力军,必须适应当前形势,做到为人师表,有较强的人格魅力,全心全意为学生服务;加强班级建设,营造积极、健康向上的班级文化;坚持以生为本,教育教学与生产劳动、社会实践相结合。

With the change of internal and external environment and the development of Social Market Economy and the policy of enlarging the college enrollment,national higher education has progressed rapidly. As the main power of student management,college counselors have to adapt the current environment,serving the students whole-heartedly. The counselors should also enhance the class construction,forming healthy class culture. What＇s more,they need to combine teaching with the social practices.
