高校红色社团内部治理结构构建初探

Study on Red Political Community'S Construction of Interior Management Structure

大学生红色社团是校园文化的重要载体,是大学生进行"自我服务、自我教育、自我管理、自我发展"的有效途径,更是开展大学生思想政治工作新的重要渠道。尤其是近段时间以来,"红色社团"的快速发展得到了各界的普遍关注,作为高校学生社团的一种,其本身所具有的社团组织的共同性和独特性,导致其管理体制相对于学生会以及其他社团构建更是值得关注,笔者试图通过引进内部治理结构解决这一问题。

Red political community in universities is not only an important carrier of campus culture,but also an effective way for the college students to be ＂self-service,self-education,self-management,self development＂ ,and even better an important channel for the development of ideological and political education.Nowadays,with the rapid development of ＂red political community＂,it has been got widespread concern. The paper tries to solve this problem by introducing the theory of internal governance structure.
