摘要
影响课堂教学效果的因素是多方面的,教师的课堂管理水平是重要的因素之一,从生态化课堂管理的角度来探讨课堂教学活动的有效性,是生态学在教育理论领域影响的渗入,本文对此进行了探讨。
The factors that inflect teaching effects are complicated,teachers' class management level is an important one. This paper attempts to set up Eco-educational class management mode by studying theories and practices.
