随着高校教育事业迅速发展,特别是近年来高校进行内部管理体制改革,给高校保卫工作带来了许多新的问题,新的情况。进一步做好高校安全保卫工作,需不断健全高校安全保卫工作制度,重视安全教育和心理咨询,增加保卫部门资金投入,提高保卫人员知识技能和业务水平,提高保卫工作的信息化水平,从而为创建平安校园做出积极的努力。

With the rapid development of college education,the inner management system reform brings lots of problems and cases to the security guard work. To do a better job in college security guard work,we need not only to improve the work routine of it but also attach importance to students＇ psychological consult,increase the funding of security guard department,enhance the guarders＇ professional skills and level,more then this,the informational level of it should be improved,too.
