中药口服加灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察中药口服加灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法将70例急性放射性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组采用中药口服加灌肠治疗,对照组采用复方普鲁卡因灌肠液灌肠治疗,观察两组总体疗效和症状评分。结果治疗组总有效率(94.3%)高于对照组(74.3%)(P<0.05);且治疗组在改善症状总评分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药口服加灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎疗效显著。 Objective To observe effect of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine by oral and enema on acute radiation proctitis.Methods 70 patients of acute radiation proctitis were divided into treatment group and control group in random with 35 cases in each group.In treatment group,patients got the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine by oral and enema,while in control group,patients got the treatment of enema with compound prescription Procaine sausage fluid.The total effect and the scoring of symptoms was observed to two groups after the treatment.Results The total effective rate(94.3%)in treatment group was superior to that in control group(74.3%)(P0.05).So was the total scoring of symptoms between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion The treatment of Chinese medicine by oral and enema has a good effect for acute radiation proctitis.
