妊娠期膳食营养因素对新生儿出生体重的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期膳食营养因素对新生儿出生体重的影响。方法选取参加某孕期保健中心产前检查的孕妇434例为目标人群建立孕期队列,在妊娠中期和晚期分别进行膳食调查,并随访至妊娠分娩,收集妊娠结局资料。分组方式:①根据胎儿生长发育情况将孕妇分为小于胎龄儿组、适于胎龄儿组和大于胎龄儿组;②按照对新生儿出生体重有影响的能量和营养素摄入情况对孕妇进行分组:位于P25以下的为低摄入组,P25~P75为中等摄入组,P75以上为高摄入组。最终分析孕妇妊娠期的膳食状况对其新生儿出生体重的影响。结果 3组孕妇妊娠中期能量、碳水化合物、VitC、VitE、铁和硒的摄入量高于妊娠晚期,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);3组间妊娠晚期平均每日摄入的能量和营养素之间的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),其中小于胎龄儿组孕妇妊娠中期平均每日摄入的能量、蛋白质和VitE均较低,分别为(8 752.4±1 302.4)kJ、(102.1±22.2)g和(11.5±4.1)mgα-TE,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。定性比较显示,妊娠中期能量、蛋白质和VitE高摄入组的孕妇,其小于胎龄儿的检出率较低,分别为2.9%、2.9%和4.8%,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论妊娠期的膳食营养状况会对新生儿的出生体重造成不同程度的影响,应有针对性的开展营养教育,促进母婴健康。
