Lumbar spine biomechanics and low back pain Ⅰ

摘要 腰痛(low back pain,LBP)是出现在躯干和骨盆后侧、髂嵴以下臀沟以上区域内的疼痛.虽然腰椎的退变、生物力学和腰痛之间的关系仍不明确[1],但治疗过腰痛的临床医生都清楚脊柱的运动和负载对疼痛的剧烈程度具有重要的影响.
