努力提高儿童间质性肺疾病的诊断水平 被引量：5

摘要 一直以来,我国儿童弥漫性实质性肺疾病/间质性肺疾病（pediatric diffuse parenchymal lung disease/pediatric interstitial lung disease,pDPLD/pILD）的诊断大多仅基于临床表现和胸部X线征象,诊断名称单一,缺乏统一分类,治疗方案杂乱,难以达成共识.中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组儿童弥漫性肺疾病/间质性肺疾病协作组（简称儿童pDPLD/pILD协作组）近年来以国际化诊断模式为样板,取得了阶段性的进展.
