疑难病例析评第227例发热-呼吸困难-双肺广泛实变
摘要
临床资料患者，男性，22岁，学生。因“咳嗽、咳痰、发热1周，呼吸困难3d”于2008年12月27日入院。患者于入院前1周受凉后出现发热、咳嗽，体温38qc左右。3d后出现呼吸困难，外院胸片显示双肺大片状浸润影，右侧胸腔积液（图1），经抗炎治疗（具体用药不详）无效，病情进行性加重转入北京大学第三医院呼吸重症监护（RICU）。既往体健，无烟酒嗜好。
