摘要 [目的]探索建立符合我国基于网络的非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)随访数据库。[方法]参照非创伤性股骨头坏死围塌陷期病例临床资料随访表等,通过Visual Studio 2005、SQL2005等软件建立基于网络的非创伤性股骨头坏死随访数据库,并集成非创伤性股骨头坏死在线图像分析功能。[结果]建立NONFH随访数据库,较完整的登记患者的随访信息,实现自动评分、影像资料信息提取及智能查询等功能。[结论]基于网络的NONFH随访数据库的建立,实现多中心远程信息共享、无纸化随访管理;集成的非创伤性股骨头坏死在线图像分析功能能实时地对影像资料的坏死特征进行量化,为科学决策保髋方案、提高保髋疗效、节约社会医疗资源做出应有的贡献。 [Objective]To establish a follow-up network datebase of nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head(NONFH). [Methods]Consulting to clinical follow-up form of pericollapse stage in NONFH,a NONFH follow-up network database was made through the software of visual studio 2005,SQL 2005,and the NONFH online image analysis function was also integrated.[Results]NONFH follow-up database with patients information was made up successfully and functions such as automatic scoring,imaging extracting,intelligent query were achieved.[Conclusion]The NONFH Follow-up network database can accomplish multi-center information sharing and paperless follow-up management.The integrated NONFH online image analysis function can quantity the necrosis features in real-time and make contribution to reserve the femoral head,improve the efficacy and save social sources.
