摘要 结肠内短链脂肪酸(short-chain fatty acids,SCFAs)主要包括乙酸、丙酸、丁酸,他是由不消化的碳水化合物经厌氧菌发酵后生成的.他不仅可以作为能源为结肠黏膜提供主要的能量,而且能维护结肠的正常生理功能,保持结肠肠道屏障的稳态,预防肠道功能紊乱、炎症、癌变的发生.在病理状态下,SCFAs也能起到抑制炎症反应,肿瘤细胞的生长的作用. Short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs),primarily acetate,propionate and butyrate,are produced by anaerobic bacterial fermentation of undigested carbohydrates.They are not only the major source of energy for the colonic mucosa,but also can maintain the normal physiological functions of the colon,keep the homeostasis of the colonic mucosal barrier and prevent the occurrence of dysfunction,inflammation and canceration.In pathological state,SCFAs also play a role in inhibiting inflammation and tumor growth.
