摘要
目的比较离子选择电极法和偶氮胂Ⅲ法测定血钙的结果,试图找出一种简便、灵敏、快速、准确的血清钙测定方法。方法随机选择南方医院门诊和住院病人标本200份,分别用离子选择电极法(仪器:贝克曼库尔特LX20)、比色法偶氮胂Ⅲ法(仪器:RocheIPE)检测血清钙的含量。结果离子选择电极法和偶氮胂Ⅲ法的批内、批间变异系数均<5%,但两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),偶氮胂Ⅲ法检测值明显比前者高;准确性符合要求;线性上限均为4.00mmol/L;两种方法对血钙测定的回归方程为Y=0.9306X+0.3576(r=0.9391,P<0.01);两种方法基本上不受黄疸、溶血及脂血的干扰。结论两种方法之间有较好的相关性,适合临床批量样本测试,但两种方法测定血清钙可能存在系统误差。
Objective By comparing the ion selective electrode(ISE) assay and arsenazo Ⅲ assay to find out a more convenient,sensitive,and accurate method for serum calcium measuremnt..Method Samples from outpatients and inpatients of Nanfang hospital were determined by ISE assay(Beckmen Coulte LX20) and arsenazo Ⅲ assay(Roche IPE).Result The within-run and between run CV for ISE assay and arsenazo Ⅲ assay were all less than 5%.Values by arsenazo Ⅲ assay were higher than those by ISE assay(P0.01).Precision and linear relationship met the requirment,and the linear range of determination was 0~4.00 mmol /L of serum calcium.The linear Regression equation for two assays was Y=0.9306X+0.3576(r=0.9391,P0.01).Lipemia,icterus and hemolysis nearly had no effects on serum calcium detection in both assays..Conclusion There was a linear relationship between serum calcium levels determined by two assays,however there might be system error between the ISE assay and the arsenazo Ⅲ assay.
