广州市2009年麻疹疫苗初始强化免疫流行病学效果评价

摘要 目的评价广州市2009年麻疹疫苗强化免疫的流行病学效果。方法利用疾病预防控制疫情网络系统数据,对比分析2009年与2008年麻疹病例的流行病学特征,探讨麻疹疫苗强化免疫的效果。结果广州市麻疹疫苗强化免疫各项指标均达到要求,接种率在95%以上;强化免疫后,2009年麻疹病例数较2008年下降80.92%,全年未出现发病高峰;2008年、2009年8月龄至14周岁麻疹疫苗免疫目标人群病例构成比分别为51.58%、41.48%,2009年目标人群病例构成比低于2008年(P<0.05);散居儿童是发病的重点人群,流动人口聚集的地区病例数较多。结论广州市2009年的初始强化免疫对麻疹疫情的控制起到了重要的作用,为后续强化免疫的开展及达到消除麻疹的目标奠定了良好的基础。 Objective To evaluate the epidemiological effect of Supplemental immunization activities(SIAs) of measles vaccine.Method Epidemic situation network system data of disease control and prevention had been used to analyze the spatial,temporal and population characteristics of measles after SIAs.Results All kinds of index of SIAs had reached the target.Inoculation rates were above 95%.The measles cases in 2009 had decreased 80.29% compared with 2008.Constituent ratios of 8 month~14years old target population case were 51.58% and 41.48% respectively in 2008 and 2009.There had statistical difference in the incidence between 2008 and 2009 of floating population(P 0.05).The scattered children and the areas concentrated with floating population showed higher incidence of the disease.Conclusions The SIAs of measles vaccine in 2009 showed a positive effect on the control of measles epidemic situation.It established the good basic for the following supplemental immunization activities and the target of eradicating measles.
