在分析项目后评价发展状况的基础上，提出了系统综合评价法这一新的后评价方法。这个方法以模糊数学、灰色系统理论及区间分析等理论为基础，具有理论与经验互补，定量分析与定性分析相结合，可操作性强的特点。是后评价理论研究上的一种有益尝试。

Based on analysing project later engineering appraisal developing condition ,the authors suggest a new later engineering appraisal method that is system synthetic appraisal method.It is based on the theory,such as blurred mathematical , gray system theory,intervel analysis,etc.It has the features of theory combining with experience,quantity analysis with quality analysis and easy operating.It's a useful try to later engineering appraisal theory research.
