历史文化街区保护整治的社会影响——以重庆市磁器口为例

Social Influence by Revitalization of Historic Area——With the Example of Ciqikou in Chongqing City

重庆磁器口历史文化街区经过了近10年的保护整治,取得了显著的成效。但至今为止对于磁器口的保护整治研究工作多集中于物质形态历史遗产的保护与经济发展领域,缺乏对于保护整治工作在社会领域内影响的研究。因而,试图从社会角度入手,梳理分析保护整治前后磁器口历史文化街区内部的城市功能、物质实存状态、保护整治措施,进而引发的街区人口与社会发展间的复杂互动关系。以此得出近10年磁器口保护整治措施对于社会影响的经验教训与改进方法,以期为其他历史文化街区的保护整治工作提供借鉴与参考。

After 10 years conservation and renovation,achievement in Chongqing Ciqikou historic area is significant.So far the study of conservation and renovation in Ciqikou concentrated mainly on material renewal and economical development.The study of social influence was not be paid enough attention.Therefore,the article tries to analyze the connection among the city function,building substance, conservation activities and social situation in Ciqikou historic area pre and post renewal.Then we can discover the complicated and interactional relationship between social change and renewal activities.We hope that we can gather experience to improve the urban renewal for other historic areas.
