苏州传统园林是中国乃至世界园林文化的瑰宝,历经风雨的考验依然保持其独特的审美价值和艺术魅力,但是随着现代建筑的兴起以及现代建造技艺的发展,苏州传统园林的现代价值无法凸显。苏州"旺山六境"项目正是基于苏州传统园林文化,并与现代建筑语境融合的一个项目,希望以此作为苏州私家园林当代化的一种尝试。

Suzhou traditional garden is the brilliant treasure in China even in the world.Although it go through so long time,test of all previous classics,it always maintains unique charm.However Suzhou traditional garden can＇t highlight its modern value with development of modern architecture and construction skills.So the case named Wangshan Six Imageries is the typical example which bases on Suzhou traditional garden culture,and combine with modern architecture context,and also an attempt of Suzhou private garden＇s modernism.
