试论申遗背景下中国大运河遗产保护管理对策

The Strategy for the Conservation and Management of the Grand Canal in the Context of World Heritage

通过分析目前中国大运河管理现状,结合其申报世界遗产的背景,探讨通过引入协调合作、共同管理机制,专项立法以及政府与公众共同参与,解决管理矛盾,以实现中国大运河遗产的可持续发展。

Based on current management of the Grand Canal which is proposed to be inscribed in the World Heritage List in the near future,this paper tries to solve the managerial conflicts through cooperative management among different departments,issuing specific legislation of the Grand Canal and the participation of local governments and community to conserve it well.
