百色水库对南宁市及郁江河段的防洪作用

The flood prevention function of the Baise reservoir for Nanning city and the Yujiang river reach

百色水库集水面积虽仅占郁江南宁集水面积的２６ ．６ ％ ，但右江槽蓄量较大，大洪水受到调蓄，南宁洪水由左、右江洪水构成，拦蓄右江洪水就可以起到对下游防洪作用。在右江上游建百色水库，库堤结合可使南宁防洪标准由２０ 年一遇提高到５０ 年一遇。

The catch area of the Baise reservoir occupies only 26.6% of that of Nanning city on the Yujiang ri_ver reach, but the Youjiang river channel storage capacity is bigger and able to regulate the big flood.Nanning city's flood is formed by both floods, the Zuojiang river and the Youjiang. If the Youjiang river flood is impounded,it would had flood prevention function to the lower reach. And therefore constructing the Baise reservoir makes the flood prevention standard of Nanning city rise to 50_years from 20_year through reservoir combining with dikes.
