广西机电排灌工程管理中存在的问题及对策

Existing problems and countermeasures in management of Guangxi electromechanical drainage and irrigation project

通过阐述机电排灌管理目前存在的管理不善、工程老化、年久失修、效益下降等问题，结合当前水利机构改革的方向，提出机电排灌工作应加强机电排灌设备的更新改造、增强队伍力量、深化改革、完善机制、积极开展多种经营等措施。

The author expounds the existing problems in management of Guangxi electromechanical drainage and irrigation project,such as management not good at, ageing,aged disrepair and benefit fallen , etc. Joining with the hydraulic organization reform direction,she suggests countermeasures in management of electromechanical drainage and irrigation project in future, such as strengthening the renewal of electromechanical drainage and irrigation equipment and troops building ,deepening reform , perfecting system of organization and developing diversified undertaking,etc.
