摘要 目的:探讨高分辨磁敏感成像(HR-SWI)在脑部血管畸形中的应用价值。方法:对45例脑血管畸形的患者行常规MR序列和HRSWI扫描。其中8例同时行MRA检查,31例行增强检查。结果:45例患者均在HR-SWI上清晰显示畸形血管,其中海绵状血管瘤26例,动静脉畸形5例,静脉瘤11例,Sturge-Weber综合征3例。结论:SWI显示血管畸形更清晰,明显优于常规序列,可为临床提供更多有用的信息并有助于脑血管畸形的确诊。 Objective:To study the value of high-resolution susceptibility weighted imaging(HRSWI) in the brain vascular malformations.Methods: HRSWI and conventional MR sequences was performed in 45 patients with brain vascular malformations.Of all patients,8cases underwent MRA and 31 cases underwent contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging.Results: 45 cases of brain vascular malformations appear clearly in HRSWI,including of 26 cases of cerebral cavernous angioma,5 cases of arteriovenous malformation,11 cases of venous malformation and 3 cases of Sturge-Weber syndrome.Conclusion:HRSWI appears brain vascular malformations clearly and superior to conventional MR sequences.HRSWI provide addioional clinically useful information in the evaluation of brain vascular malformations and can help confirm the diagnosis.
