35例手术切口部位子宫内膜异位症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 35 Cases of Endometriosis in Surgical Incision Site

目的探讨手术切口部位子宫内膜异位症的诊断与治疗。方法对我院2002年1月～2009年12月收治的35例手术切口子宫内膜异位症的诊断与治疗进行回顾性分析。结果根据临床表现及病理检查,35例病例诊断正确,手术切除病灶,术后辅以药物治疗,随访1～5年无复发病例。结论手术切口部位子宫内膜异位症的主要症状是经期肿块增大,胀痛明显,经后肿块缩小,疼痛消失。根据临床特点,可作出诊断。治疗首选手术切除。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis in the surgical incision site.Methods The 35 cases of endometriosis in the surgical incision site were analyzed retrospectively from January 2002 to December 2009 in this hospital.Results According to the clinical and pathological examination,the 35 cases were correctly diagnosed,the surgical removal of lesions,adjuvant therapy.Follow-up of one to five years without recurrence.Conclusion The main symptoms of endometriosis in the incision site are increased menstrual period lump,pain significantly,decreased lump size after menstruation,the pain disappeared.According to the clinical features,diagnosis can be made.Surgical resection is the first choice.
