匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染39例疗效观察

Observation of Pidotimod in Treatment of 39 Cases of Children Recurrent Respiratory Infections

目的探讨匹多莫德口服液治疗的儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法门诊就诊反复呼吸道感染儿童78例,随机分为两组,两组均予抗感染、对症治疗基础上,匹多莫德治疗组予匹多莫德10ml,每日1次口服,总疗程60d。停药后随诊6个月。两组治疗前后比较其感染次数和感染持续时间,治疗组和对照组间比较总有效率。结果治疗组服药后感染次数明显减少,感染持续时间缩短。治疗组和对照组疗效评估结果,治疗组总有效率为82.1%,明显高于对照组(23.1%)。结论匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疗效显著,无明显毒副作用,值得在儿科推广。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of Pidotimod oral in the children recurrent respiratory infections.Methods The 78 cases of outpatient children with respiratory infections were stochastically divided into two groups,both the two groups were anti-infection,treated just right for the illness as the foundation.Pidotimod therapeutic group was given Pidotimod 10ml,once daily,taken orally,total treatment course 60d.After stop taking the medicine,keep seeing doctor for 6 months.Compare the 2 groups,before and after therapy,their infection number of times and the infection duration,compare the therapeutic group and the control group with total effective rate.Results After the therapeutic group was taken medicine,the times of infection were obviously reduced,and the duration of infection was reduced.The total effective rate of therapeutic group was 82.1%,which was obviously higher than the control group（23.1%）.Conclusion The curative effect of Pidotimod oral solution in the children respiratory infections is remarkable.The therapy is no obvious poisonous side effect,is worth to be promoted in the department of pediatrics.
