光相干断层扫描观察牵牛花综合征合并黄斑劈裂一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,46岁,左眼视物模糊一月余,有糖尿病,无高血压病史.于2009年4月20日在我院眼科就诊.眼科检查：右眼视力0.2,最佳矫正视力0.4,左眼视力0.08,无法矫正.非高度近视眼,无视物变形,眼压正常,无眼部及全身先天异常表现.眼底检查：右眼可见视乳头明显增大,中央有深而陡的漏斗状凹陷,陷底部覆有不透明白色组织.视乳头周围边缘不整齐,隆起一较宽大的灰白色脊,其上有不连续的灰色色素.
