CD4^+T细胞亚群在结核性胸膜炎中作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 结核病仍然是死亡率最高的传染性疾病之一,结核性胸膜炎是肺外结核的常见疾病,在发展中国家,结核感染是导致胸腔积液的最常见原因.同时,由于当前病原诊断方法灵敏度及特异性尚低,对结核性胸膜炎能否及时诊断仍是困扰临床医生的棘手问题.
