药物支架的安全性

Safety of drug-eluting stents

摘要 药物支架与裸支架相比能显著减少再狭窄发生率,尤其适用于冠状动脉复杂病变的介入治疗。但近3年来,其安全性问题特别是晚期或极晚期支架的血栓形成受到关注。近期报道的多项注册研究和Meta分析似已证实与使用裸支架相比,使用药物支架后长期死亡率和心肌梗死率并未增加。药物支架与裸支架在临床治疗地位的优劣仍需进一步研究。 Drug-eluting stents(DES)substantially reduce restenosis compared with bare-metal stents(BMS).DES are currently used in the complex percutaneous coronary procedures.In the last 3 years,attentions have been raised regarding their long-term safety,especially the risk of late and very-late stent thrombosis.Recent registry studies and meta-analyses seem to have provided reassuring results regarding the long-term rates of death and myocardial infarction associated with the use of DES compared with BMS.However,the merits or inferiors between DES and BMS in clinical status need to be further research.
