摘要
利用CO_2激光熔凝NiAl/Al_2O_3化学复合镀层,研究NiAl金属间化合物的加入对复合镀层的性能影响。借助SEM、XRD、摩擦摩损试验机等对激光强化后的复合镀层的成分、组织、结构以及耐磨性能进行了分析。NiAl金属间化合物的加入明显提高复合镀层的表面平整度,对显微组织的细化也起到了一定的作用。激光熔凝后产生的金属间化合物对提高复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性起到重要的作用。复合镀层硬度提高近3倍,而其耐磨性提高50%左右。
NiA1 intermetallic was introduced into laser mehing Ni-P AI2O2 composite coating to improve properties of the coat ing. SEM, XRD and ball-on-disc friction-abrasion tester were used to analyze composition, microstructures and anti-wear properties. The added NiA1 can obviously improve smoothness of composite coating and lead to fined microstructures. After laser melting, NiA1 intermetallic play a important role of higher hardness and anti wear properties. The microhardness was increased about 3 times and mass loss about 50%
