肾脏癌肉瘤伴发肺腺癌1例
摘要
患者男，62岁。主因“左肾癌肉瘤术后8个月，化疗后6个月，发现多部位转移性腺癌1个月，腰部疼痛5天”于本院骨与软组织肿瘤科就诊,首次住院时间2007年3月．主因左肾肿物在本院泌尿肿瘤科行手术治疗．术中见左肾上极肿物，直径约9cm．囊实性，侵出肾实质，肾盂受累，剖面见黄白色腐肉状物。术后病理诊断为肾脏癌肉瘤。
