娱乐场所从业人员安全性行为研究——以K市某娱乐场所为例

Study on Workers' Safe Sexual Behavior in an Entertainment Center of City,Jiangsu Province

目的:了解大型娱乐场所从业人员的性行为状况及其安全性行为相关因素。方法:匿名问卷调查某一大型娱乐中心669名从业人员,分析娱乐场所从业人员的性行为状况及其安全性行为相关因素。结果:娱乐场所从业人员的婚前性行为、1个月内多个性伴侣和最近1次性生活不使用安全套等不安全性行为的发生比率分别为79.3%、38.9%和45.9%。居住过城市数多的对象婚前性行为和多个性伴侣发生率高,艾滋病风险意识高的对象多个性伴侣的发生几率低,使用安全套的比例相对较高。结论:被调查对象性行为相对开放,不安全性行为比例高,并且与其性病艾滋病风险意识、流动性有关,需要有效的健康促进干预。

Objective：To know about sexual behavior status and unsafe sexual behavior related factors among workers on big entertainment centers.Methods：A nonymous questionnaires were used to investigate 669 workers in an entertainment center of city,Jiangsu Province.Results：The rate of premarital sex,multiple sexual partners within one month and the recent use of condoms among subjects were 79.3%,38.9% and 45.9%,respectively.Number of cities they had been lived associated with more pre-marital sex and multiple sexual partners.Higher risk awareness of AIDS/STD could lower probability of occurrence of sexual partners and increase condom use relatively.Conclusion：Sexual behavior among workers on large entertainment centers was relatively open and their unsafe sex proportion was higher than normal people.Their awareness of STD/AIDS risk and liquity were related to unsafe sex.More effective related health promotion is needed among them.
